Departs from Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen or Cancun. Join us on an amazing adventure in search of crocodiles in one of the largest natural reserves of Mexico.  The tour starts at 8 am when you will be picked up from your hotel. A two hour drive will take us to the reserve where we start of with a 30 minute jungle exploration walk. In this jungle of tangled mangroves, enchanting lagoons and freshwater bays we might encounter spider monkeys, raccoons, coaties, tapir, exotic birds, reptiles and insects. The flora is decorated by bromeliads and orchids.  Upon arrival to the wetlands, you will enjoy an exiting kayak adventure. Your expert guide will lead you through the canals amidst a thriving vegetation of tropical plant life on the look out for Morelet’s and American crocodiles (Crocodylus moreletii and Crocodylus acutus). This hair-raising crocodile trek will get you within snapping range of these wild reptiles. The guides will answer any questions you may have as you silently penetrate through the mangroves on the look out for crocodiles!   After 2 to 3 hours of crocodile hunt by kayak, you will return over the jungle path for a delicious Mexican lunch. Enjoy the last sights of this beautiful natural setting while thinking back about the amazing adventures just lived… We will bring you back to your hotel where you will arrive at around 4 pm.
