The service 2AdventureTravel provides to you is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“terms”), which may be updated without notice at any time. By using the 2AdventureTravel website and the 2AdventureTravel service, you agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions described in this section.

If you do not read or accept any part of these terms, do not use this web site. Violating these terms and/or engaging in actions that may lead to damage for the 2AdventureTravel owners, members or third parties may lead to your membership being terminated and exclusion from this website in the future. These terms are applicable to all pages and areas of the site, publicly visible or otherwise.

Member conduct

Users under 18 years of age may not become a member of 2AdventureTravel. If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent to become a member of 2AdventureTravel.

Members must not use 2AdventureTravel for commercial, illegal or unauthorised reasons or post defamatory, pornographic, unlawful, abusive or offensive content. This includes using the site to promote commercial interests, posting or sending unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").

Members are responsible for their own profile page, must keep their password information confidential and must not transmit any worms, trojans or viruses. Members must not impersonate someone else or use the site to transmit unwanted material to other members of 2AdventureTravel.com.

Members agree that they may not upload content that they do not have permission to do so. This includes all photographs and wording which must not breach any copyright or intellectual property laws. In the event that photographs, videos or texts are submitted that are not the exclusive property of the member, the permission of the author must be obtained.

Members or visitors to the site must not download or copy content from 2AdventureTravel to use for commercial purposes or any other use other than personal use.

Members retain the right to terminate their own membership to 2AdventureTravel.com at any point, which can be done by sending a message through the contact form.

Users of 2AdventureTravel should use caution when interacting with other members through all areas of the site. Users of 2AdventureTravel understand that any information, tips or advice offered by any other users or members through the site are not the view of 2AdventureTravel. The information provided is not necessarily correct and represents only one person's view.

Users and members should use extreme caution when contacted by other users or members to meet in person or travel together. There is no guarantee that any of the information they provide is accurate or true. 2AdventureTravel strongly discourages users and/or members to meet up with other users and/or members alone or to meet in places and/or areas other than public ones with other friends, travellers and people nearby.

Conditions

2AdventureTravel aims to provide a safe, informative and useful environment for its members and reserves the right to terminate the membership of members who do not abide by this. 2AdventureTravel also reserves the right to decline membership to users.

2AdventureTravel claims no ownership of the content you submit to the site but by doing so you grant and also confirm that you have the right to grant to 2AdventureTravel a transferable, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully sublicensable right to use, reformat, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, create derivative works from and publicly display and also grant to 2AdventureTravel the right to use the member user name that you submit in connection with such content.

Privacy policy

2AdventureTravel collects personal data from members during the process of registration. 2AdventureTravel will not pass this information to third parties for commercial reasons or divulge this to other members of 2AdventureTravel. 2AdventureTravel may however be forced to disclose this information to government or third parties under certain circumstances if required to do so by law or if third parties unlawfully intercept this information. 2AdventureTravel reserves the right to pass this information to third parties as part of the sale or transfer of the shares and/or assets of 2AdventureTravel. Content submitted to the site once you have become a member of 2AdventureTravel may be able to be able to be viewed by other members and visitors to the site, in accordance with the privacy settings that you have chosen. Members may receive messages through the site to their 2AdventureTravel inbox, in accordance with the privacy settings that have been chosen. Members may receive emails from 2AdventureTravel to their own personal email addresses but not from third parties.

2AdventureTravel may use a standard technology called "cookies". Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user's hard drive and not on the 2AdventureTravel's website. Cookies allow users to log in without entering users' log in information each time users visit 2AdventureTravel. Users may not be able to use the 2AdventureTravel.com website if they disable cookies.

2AdventureTravel may also engage in affiliate marketing programs whereby if visitors to the 2AdventureTravel website can make a booking through one of the advertised links for third party travel service providers or through the booking services on the site, for which 2AdventureTravel receives a commission. This may involve these advertisers using third party technology (including tracking technology) to monitor where visitors to their sites are coming from.

2AdventureTravel makes every effort to maintain the security of your account information. However, information transmitted over the internet is never 100% secure. Do not give out your password to anyone impersonating as a 2AdventureTravel employee, we will never ask for your password. Please make sure to choose a strong password when creating your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on the Site, including without limitation the 2AdventureTravel logo, design, text, graphics, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof ("Copyrighted Material") are copyright 2AdventureTravel, and all rights are reserved. Except as stated herein, none of the Copyrighted Material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including without limitation electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of 2AdventureTravel.

2AdventureTravel and its logo, trademarks, service marks, content, and software ("2AdventureTravel Trademarks") are property of 2AdventureTravel, Inc. and may not be copied or used in whole or in part without the prior written permission of 2AdventureTravel.

2AdventureTravel grants you a limited, nonexclusive right and license to use the Site to make personal use only of the Site. This grant of license is conditioned on your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and your refraining from portrayal of 2AdventureTravel or any of its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or defamatory manner.

This grant of license does not include any other rights, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, including without limitation: a) resale or commercial use; b) collection and use of product listings or descriptions; c) derivative uses; d) data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extracting methods; e) framing or enclosing any 2AdventureTravel Trademarks or Copyrighted Material. Furthermore, you may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using a 2AdventureTravel Trademark without written consent of 2AdventureTravel.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold 2AdventureTravel, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and lawyers' fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (1) your access to the 2AdventureTravel site, (2) the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or (3) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account or User ID or password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
